Our brand
Put at its simplest, a brand is a promise: the promise of what
it will be like to deal with an organisation.
The St John Ambulance brand essence is made up of three
parts:
- Ordinary people
- For many members of the public, St John Ambulance is
personified by a friend or neighbour who is part of our
organisation. St John is not an abstract corporate body but real
people
- Doing ordinary things
- There’s nothing magic about first aid or any of our other
services. We believe everyone should have first aid training and
that first aid is an accessible skill
- With extraordinary results
- What could have more impact than saving someone’s life, or
helping someone to develop their skills?
This, when coupled with our vision,
mission and values, gives us a framework for presenting our
organisation.
